Our algorithm is a deep reinforcementlearning (RL) policy optimized through the clipped surrogate objective within amaximum entropy RL framework to balance exploitation and exploration. Themethod utilizes tactile and proprioceptive information to act through both finefinger motions and larger regrasp movements to execute stable grasps. A novelcurriculum of action motion magnitude makes learning more tractable and helpsturn common failure cases into successes. Careful selection of features thatexhibit small sim-to-real gaps.
